I’m trying to do a little customization to the code on my blog (just trying to widen the content area) but the stuff isn’t really cooperating so things might look a bit ugly for a while.

Update: OK, so I’ve implemented some (most?) of the changes I was planning…how does it look? Comments? Criticisms?

A new evolution sign for my collection
Whenever I’m out and about (and have my camera) I like to collect snap-shots of commercial signage that is related to evolution in some way. There’s nothing deep about it, just something I like to do. Anyway here is the latest example that I have added to my collection:
This particular sign was for a used car lot down the street from where I work (lately, when there is work). For the rest, if you’re interested, see the signage collection page on my web site.

Rate my rants
While perusing my friend John Wilkin’s blog Evolving Thoughts I discovered that WordPress has a post rating feature (one to five stars) and having learned this I have turned it on so that you can shower my rantings with five star ratings. The rating bar can be found at the bottom of each post, so have at it!
